James Macintosh – President and CEO

James has over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining research analysis, corporate finance and management of private and public resources companies. Currently James is President, CEO and Director of Graycliff Exploration Ltd and most recently Lead Director of Carlisle Goldfields prior to sale to Alamos Gold and Seed Investor and Director of CircuitMeter Inc. B.Sc. (Geology) and Member of Queen’s University Geology Council.

Julio DiGirolamo – CFO

Mr. DiGirolamo is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 27 years of senior-level finance and corporate secretary experience, primarily in the area of mining exploration and production, and technology. Over the course of his career, Mr. DiGirolamo has also served on the boards of various public and non-profit organizations.

Besides Kingsview Minerals, Mr. DiGirolamo is currently also the CFO for Graycliff Exploration Limited, Puranium Energy Ltd., and others.

Jamal Amin – VP Exploration

Consulting geologist for companies such as BTU Metals, GeoCam Mining Cameroon S.A., Canadian North Resources. Mining Analyst for Boswell Capital and Co-founder & Managing Director of Next Gen Geo Inc

Wafae Ben Bouazza – Corporate Secretary

Board of Directors

Peter Bures – Director

Peter Bures brings to Kingsview over 20 years of experience in mining and finance and is a trained mining engineer who graduated with a BASc from University of Toronto, class of 1999. Peter started his career at Placer Dome’s Dome mine in Timmins.  After his time in Timmins Mr. Bures pursued a career in mining finance and held various positions in equity research at Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Yorkton/Orion, and Canaccord.

Peter also worked buy-side with Companies such as Sentry investments and the BMO mining sales desk in NYC. Most recently, Mr. Bures was integral in the IPO process and management function of several micro-cap companies including Antler Hill Mining and Star Royalties.

Bob Leshchyshen – Audit Committee

Bob is a Capital Markets and Banking Specialist with 30+ years of diversified institutional experience. He presently serves as a member of the board of directors for Kingsview Minerals Ltd and chairs the Audit Committee.
He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto — Faculty of Management Studies (Rotman School of Management) and holds a CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst) from the CFA Institute.

Bob’s chartered bank and credit union regulatory experience includes senior positions with DICO, OSFI and credit lending positions with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. He has extensive research and analytical experience with several prominent equity research and credit-rating organizations, including eResearch, Northern Securities and DBRS.

Bob holds and has held several public and private directorships including Selient Inc., Northwest & Ethical Investments LLP, Centric Health Corp., Tri-Vision International Ltd., Northern Sphere Mining Corp., and is the Vice-Chairman of the board of directors for BCU Financial

Technical Advisors

Jeremy Niemi

Jeremy is a geologist with 25 years of experience in the resource industry, both at corporate and operational levels.

Jeremy started his career with Inco Technical Services Ltd. in 1996, working on the Victor Deep project in the Sudbury basin. He is currently the Vice President, Exploration at Aurelius Minerals and was previously the Vice President, Exploration for GoldQuest Corporation. During his tenure at GoldQuest, Jeremy led the advancement of the Romero gold project from an initial inferred resource through to a Pre-Feasibility Study. Previously Jeremy was Vice President, Geology for Noront Resources and Manager of Technical Services for Kinross Gold Corporation.

Jeremy is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and holds a BSc Honours degree in Earth Sciences from Laurentian University.

Morgan Verge

Morgan is an experienced geologist with a strong background in geological database management and mineral exploration.  She has over 10 years of experience working in a wide range of geological domains, including the Abitibi greenstone belt in Timmins with Lake Shore Gold, the Hope Bay greenstone belt in Nunavut with TMAC Resources (Agnico Eagle Mines), and most recently, the Meguma Terrane in Nova Scotia with Aurelius Minerals.
